Rafting on the Limay River (float)

Get to know the beauty and tranquility of a steppe river.

ITINERARY:

Starting from Bariloche we’ll head east along Route 237, bordering the Limay River. Upon arrival at the boarding point, passengers will be equipped with life jackets and a safety briefing will be given before starting the float. The experience is very calm, so you can fully enjoy every detail of the landscape. The combination of open sky, turquoise waters and golden steppe provides a captivating spectacle. During the rafting tour, you will also be able to appreciate volcanic-type rock formations and other natural formations such as the well-known Amphitheater. After two hours of rafting, at the end of the journey in the vicinity of Villa Llanquín, we will enjoy an excellent breakfast or an afternoon snack. After recharging our energy, we will return to Bariloche.

What should you bring: ID, swimsuit, towel, shoes that you won’t mind getting wet, a change of clothes and sunscreen.

*Important: This trip is sold as an exclusive service. The fee accounts for the whole raft (10 passengers max) not per person. 

**Important: The included transport contemplates the pick up in the city center of Bariloche and inside a radius of 8 km to the west (Llao Llao area). People staying outside that 8km radius may also make use of this transport service but an extra fee will be charged based on exceeded distance.
