For those seeking adrenaline-filled adventure!

Minimum age: 14 years old | Duration: full day | Classification: rapids of level III and IV

If you like adventure, you can’t miss this trip! Enjoy the best rapids in the area alongside a breathtaking landscape! You do not need previous experience, just a little physical condition and a lot of desire to row.

ITINERARY:

Starting from Bariloche we will head south for approximately 70 km along Route 40, a paved route where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape filled with lakes and mountains. Crossing the Villegas River, we will deviate along a gravel road for approximately 27.5 km, entering the Manso Valley until we reach our base camp, Camping Tierra Aventura. Here, a delicious breakfast will be waiting for you so that you do not lack the energy to row.

After breakfast, the guides will help you get equipped. This activity includes wetsuits so that you can get wet from head to toe. Once equipped, the van will transport you for a very short distance to the boarding point. There you will receive a safety briefing before getting on the raft to begin the adventure. You will navigate a 12km journey through the Manso Inferior section towards the border with Chile. In this part of the river, the rapids are more powerful and filled with adrenaline.

During the trip you will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of the Manso Canyon and some spectacular rapids:

El Cajón de Terciopelo, Agujero de Ozono, Gritá y doblá a la izquierda, el Tobogancito, Garganta Profunda, Éxtasis, Huevo Revuelto y Colmillo.

The brave ones will also have the chance to swim in the backwaters! The guides will encourage you to play in the water, but it is not mandatory to do so.

Upon reaching the border with Chile the navigation will come to an end. After removing our equipment, drying off and changing, we will return in the van to the campsite where we will have some leisure time to rest and have lunch. After lunch, we will return to Bariloche with a new vacation anecdote you can share with your friends and family.
